On-Site / Off-site Service
Many services can be performed on-site resulting in less downtime.
Occasionally, the problem runs so deep that the system must be
taken back to the service center for repair. In those cases, you
are informed of the status of your system and the total cost of
repair before any other work is performed.
Network Administration
In addition to normal administration duties, we can monitor your
network, using the latest in technology, and alert you to problems
before they turn into serious downtime. We can also provide a
secure off-site backup solution.
Service Contracts
Service is normally provided on an hourly basis but we also offer
service contracts if your needs require it. Service contracts
offer several advantages over hourly service calls. Contact us

Web Services
Sunshine Network Services can provide full website design, implementation
and maintenance. We take full advantage of search engine technology
to place your website as high as possible in the list of results.

Every quarter (or more often, if the need arises)

Warranty
All labor is backed by our guarantee of quality with a 30 day
warranty. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. And, by
the way, we honor, and pass to you, the full manufacturer's warranty,
not just a subset of the original warranty designed to deepen
the pockets of retailers. For instance, our hard disk drives come
with a full 5 year warranty, not just 1 year.
